These terms govern your use of https://stomejiwebcreators.com. They are between you and Stomeji LLC. If we go on to work together, the agreement we sign for the service governs that work, and where the two disagree, that agreement wins.

This page describes a software service sold to licensed insurance agents, and lets you book a call to discuss it. That is all it does.

It is not an offer of insurance, not an application for any plan, and not an enrollment. Nothing on it is advice about any insurance plan, and nothing on it is legal or compliance advice.

The service is sold to insurance agents who are licensed, appointed, and responsible for their own compliance obligations. By booking a call you confirm you are acting in that capacity.

You remain responsible for your contact list, for the consent behind it, for your calling practices, and for the requirements your carriers and your FMO place on you. The system gives you controls over all of those. Using them is yours to do.

Stomeji is a private company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States government, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, or the federal Medicare program.

Nothing on this page is a promise of any particular outcome. What the system does for any one agent depends on the leads, the book, the market, the licensing, and the agent's own follow through. We describe what the software does. We do not predict what it will earn you.

A booked call is a conversation, not a contract. Neither of us owes the other anything until something is signed. You can cancel a booking from the confirmation email at any time.

The text, design, and material on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and send it to a colleague. You may not copy it wholesale and publish it as your own.

This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
