Stomeji is a trading name of Stomeji LLC, a Texas limited liability company serving the United States. We also operate https://stomeji.com. You can reach us at stomejiwebcreators@gmail.com.

This page has no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cookies of our own. We do not track you across the web and we do not build a profile of you.

The one thing on this page that collects anything is the booking calendar, which is provided by Calendly. When you book a call you give Calendly your name, your email address, a phone number, and whatever you type into the questions on the form. We receive that booking so we can meet you at the time you chose.

Calendly is an independent company and processes that information under its own privacy policy as well as our agreement with it. If you never book a call, we never learn anything about you from this page.

This is the part that matters most, so it is stated plainly. If you become a customer, the system contacts your leads and your existing clients on your behalf. It handles their names, their contact details, the content of calls, texts, and emails, call recordings, and transcripts.

That information is yours, not ours. You decide who is on the list. You approve the scripts. You set the calling hours. We process it to run the service you asked for and for no other purpose. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, we do not use it to advertise to anyone, and we do not use one customer's contacts to benefit another.

Because those people are your contacts and not ours, a request from one of them to see, correct, or delete their information comes to you as the controller. Tell us and we will action it on your instruction, and we will help you answer it.

Calls the system places on your behalf may be recorded, and the disclosure that says so is written into the script you approve before anything runs. You are responsible for the contents of that script and for the consent position in the states you call into. We will walk that with you, but we do not give legal advice about it.

An opt-out is honored immediately. When someone says stop, the system stops contacting them across voice, text, and email, and records the time it happened. That state persists: it is not cleared by the next campaign or the next list you upload.

Booking details from this page are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off.

Customer conversation data, including recordings and transcripts, is kept while you are a customer and is exportable at any time on request. When you leave, tell us what you want done with it and we will do that.

The companies that provide the pieces of the service: the telephony and messaging carriers that place the calls and send the texts, the model providers that generate the language, and our hosting provider. Each is bound to use the data only to deliver the service.

We do not disclose customer data to anyone else unless you tell us to, or unless we are legally compelled. If we are compelled and are permitted to tell you, we will.

Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to run the service. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by the platforms we build on.

We do not claim any certification, audit, or framework, because we hold none. When we do hold one, this page will say which and when. Anything a carrier or an FMO needs from us in writing, ask and we will answer in writing.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to stomejiwebcreators@gmail.com. We will answer.

If you booked a call and want that cancelled and the details removed, say so and we will do both.

This is a business tool sold to licensed insurance agents. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
